Kindly note that the AWB (delivery tracking codes) might take time from the courier end to get updated although the package could have been picked up by the courier.

We process all deliveries through reputed couriers.
If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via India Post’s Book post/ Speed post/parcel service.
We ship within 2 working days for deliveries in India. The estimated time of delivery may vary from 2-7 working days to all the areas serviced by reputed couriers. For other areas, orders will be sent by India Post’s Book post/ Speed post/parcel service which may take 1-2 weeks depending on the location and the delivery policy of the India Post. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.
For Custom Incense products, due to their made-to-order nature, we may need 7-10 days for shipping the products from our warehouse. Courier transit time at actual would be additional.
